Join a Stable, Team-Oriented Dental PracticeOur small, patient-centered dental practice in Reseda is looking for a Dental Front Office / Hygiene Coordinator to join our long-term team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced dental front-office professional who enjoys working with patients, keeping the schedule organized and productive, and being part of a supportive team. You’ll be cross-trained in additional front-office responsibilities with the opportunity to grow into treatment coordination and treatment plan presentation.
**REQUIREMENT: Please do not apply unless you have a minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience**
- Answer phones and provide friendly, professional patient support
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage patient recall and help keep the overall schedule organized and productive
- Verify dental insurance and assist with insurance-related questions
- Check patients in and out
- Collect patient portions and process payments
- Keep the hygiene and overall schedule organized, productive, and running smoothly
- Handle general front-office responsibilities
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and next steps
- Cross-train in treatment coordination and treatment plan presentation
- Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience - Required
- Dentrix experience preferred
- Experience with insurance verification required
- Strong phone and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
- Eager to learn, take on new responsibilities, and grow with the practice
Full-time: approximately 32–40 hours per week, depending on practice needs.
- Monday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (Admin every other Monday)
- Tuesday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM–3:30 PM
- No weekends
