Inside Sales Representative

Best Veterinary Solutions, Inc. (BVS) is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to support and service our Mechanicsburg, PA region customers. If you’re an experienced inside sales professional looking for a stable, growing, and family-owned company, this is your opportunity!

About the Role - As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Assist customers in optimizing their operations by providing expert solutions, products, and services.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on BVS products and water solutions, supporting customers with questions and technical needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Hybrid (onsite/remote/with occasional travel)

What You Bring to the Table

• Travel up to 15-20% for on-site customer meetings and regional industry events.
• Strong technical & sales skills, including proficiency in Microsoft programs and sales ordering systems.
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills, collaborating with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, etc.).
• Attention to detail in handling product sizes, pricing, and multiple customer levels.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

• Poultry and/or agricultural background REQUIRED – essential for understanding industry needs and connecting with customers.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs as needed.
