Swisher Dental is seeking an energetic, personable, and confident Associate Dentist to join our growing practice in a temp-to-hire position.

We’re looking for more than an excellent clinician. The ideal candidate will bring a fun, positive personality, communicate well with patients, and provide strong leadership that motivates the team and drives practice growth.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care
• Diagnose conditions and clearly explain treatment options
• Build trust with patients and encourage treatment acceptance
• Lead the clinical team with confidence, positivity, and accountability
• Help maintain an efficient, productive daily schedule
• Collaborate with practice leadership to achieve performance and growth goals
• Support a welcoming, upbeat, and team-focused culture

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
• Warm, outgoing, and engaging personality
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Growth mindset with an understanding of practice performance
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative
