Join our team and be part of a family that values both tradition and innovation.The Dishwasher/Steward will be responsible washing dishes, keeping the kitchen clean, and helping other kitchen staff.Duties and Responsibilities:Load and unload dishes into and out of the dishwasherWash and dry dishes, utensils, pots, and pansSanitize dishes and utensilsMaintain the dishwashing areaSweep or scrub floorsEmpty and clean trash receptaclesClean kitchen appliances and machinesMaintain a clean and organized work environment and report sanitation issues.Buss tables to collect dirty dishesHelp other staff with tasksAdhere to food safety proceduresPut away all dishware and cookware in designated areasStock suppliesSet up the dining roomEducation and Experience:High school diploma or GEDExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced settingStrong communication and active listening skills required
