What You'll Do as a Professional Driver:Passenger Transportation

• Safely transport passengers throughout the Kansas City area.
• Provide reliable and timely transportation services.
• Deliver a comfortable and professional experience on every trip.
• Assist passengers with luggage and personal belongings when needed.
• Ensure passengers reach their destinations safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude at all times.

Customer Service Excellence

• Create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every passenger.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
• Anticipate passenger needs and provide assistance when appropriate.
• Build trust through reliability, professionalism, and exceptional service.

Vehicle Care & Safety

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented, and service-ready vehicle.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Plan efficient routes while adapting to traffic and road conditions.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly.

Qualifications as a Professional Driver::Required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer needs.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred

• Previous experience as a driver, chauffeur, transportation professional, shuttle driver, or customer service representative.
• Experience working with business professionals, visitors, or high-service clientele.
• Familiarity with Kansas City streets, destinations, and navigation systems.
• Background in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or transportation industries.
