Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve Sully's Steamers menu items quickly and consistently to ensure guest satisfaction
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, welcoming manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, counter, and dining areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly during peak hours
- No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is a plus
