About the Role:
Join Toby's Services Ltd as a Water Treatment Helper as a Helper / Driver, where you will support our technicians with daily service, installation, and maintenance work while safely transporting equipment and materials to job sites. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and interested in learning about water treatment systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of water treatment equipment.
• Safely drive company vehicles to and from customer locations and job sites.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment, tools, water treatment products, and materials.
• Help prepare job sites and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with basic equipment setup, removal, and replacement under the direction of experienced technicians.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Follow all company safety procedures and instructions while working at customer locations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and other team members.
• Perform general warehouse and shop duties as needed.
• Participate in on-the-job training and learn water treatment equipment and installation procedures.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors and traveling between job sites.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn water treatment installation and service procedures.
• Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Previous helper, delivery, construction, plumbing, or water treatment experience is preferred but not required.
