We are seeking a dependable and compassionate professional to join our team in a patient-facing clinical role. This position supports providers and patients by helping ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming care experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for examinations and assist with routine clinical procedures
  • Record and update patient information accurately and confidentially
  • Take vital signs and collect patient histories as directed
  • Support providers with exam room setup, patient flow, and clinical tasks
  • Assist with basic laboratory duties, specimen collection, and processing as allowed by policy
  • Schedule appointments and help coordinate follow-up care when needed
  • Communicate professionally with patients, families, and team members
  • Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam and treatment areas
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and privacy procedures
  • Perform administrative duties and other support tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of an accredited medical assisting program preferred
  • Current certification or willingness to obtain certification, if required by employer or state regulations
  • Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Comfort using electronic health records and standard office equipment
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, patient-focused, and adaptable to changing needs
