Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests promptly and warmly to make them feel welcome.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system.
• Delivering food and drinks quickly while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Anticipating guest needs and providing attentive, friendly service.
• Upselling menu items, specials, and signature pizzas or pastas.
• Handling payments and processing transactions accurately.
• Working closely with bussers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service flowing.
• Maintaining a clean, organized section and assisting with side work.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois.
