• Execute meats and sides to exact BEAST specifications

• Maintain consistency using prep from our Belleville commissary

• Plate and present food with zero variance

• Be the final quality check before food leaves the kitchen

• If it’s not right — it doesn’t go out

• Maintain a spotless, inspection-ready station

• Uphold BEAST standard: anything under a 96 health score is failure

• Support all areas of the kitchen — line, prep, dish

• Work with urgency and accountability at all times

• Communicate directly and professionally

• Prioritize quality and safety over comfort

• High-volume line experience required

• Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Ability to work 8–10 hour shifts on your feet

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
