PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN – CHANDLER, ARIZONA
Join an established value-based primary care practice in Chandler. This smaller practice includes one physician and two APPs, offering a close-knit environment with the autonomy to manage your patients and practice much like your own—while benefiting from the stability and resources of a larger organization.

The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care, including preventive medicine and the management of acute and chronic conditions, with an emphasis on quality outcomes, continuity of care, and strong patient relationships.
Qualified candidates will be board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and eligible for an unrestricted Arizona medical license.
