Key Requirements:

Previous construction foreman or lead construction experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
Hands-on experience with carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, demolition, and general construction.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Commitment to jobsite safety and quality.
Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with project management.
OSHA knowledge and experience working in commercial construction environments preferred.
