What You'll Do
- Develop and implement hands-on learning activities in a one-on-one and group setting to engage children in their educational journey
- · Collaborate with the Lead Teachers to design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs and interests of our students
- · Create and facilitate interactive math, literacy, and science learning activities that encourage students to express themselves orally and in writing
- · Utilize mealtimes as opportunities to integrate learning and social skills, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- · Maintain and adhere to schedules and routines to ensure a smooth and efficient daily experience for our children
- · Establish and maintain a positive, respectful learning environment that focuses on constructive redirection and encourages social responsibility
- · Build trust and strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and empathetic listening
- · Stay connected with parents through regular updates and open communication about their child's daily experiences
- · Prioritize the safety and well-being of our children by adhering to all center health and safety guidelines and protocols
- · Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and adhere to the highest standards of ethics in your work
Requirements
- · 1 year of experience working in early childhood
- High School diploma or Equivalent
