Harmony ABA Centers is seeking a dedicated and passionate BCaBA to join our growing team. Key Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments under the supervision of a BCBA, including preference assessments, skills assessments, and behavior assessments.

• Develop treatment goals and individualized ABA programs based on assessment results and supervising BCBA direction.

• Provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring program fidelity and high-quality service delivery.

• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity and train RBTs on proper implementation.

• Participate in parent training sessions and collaborate with families to support generalization of skills.

• Maintain accurate and timely session notes, documentation, and progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics code, HIPAA guidelines, and organizational policies.

• Support transition planning, scheduling, and team communication for assigned clients.

• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with families, staff, and external partners.

Position Expectations

• Maintain active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and uphold the highest standard of clinical integrity.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

• Be punctual, reliable, and maintain a consistent schedule.

• Ensure all services are delivered with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure all protected information is handled securely.

• Use clinical judgment when reporting concerns or recommending program changes to the supervising BCBA.

• Support Harmony ABA Centers’ mission of providing quality, child-focused behavioral therapy.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or related field required.

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

• Strong organizational and data-collection skills.

• Ability to supervise and train RBTs effectively.

• CPR certification required.
