About the Role:
Join Seal-Pac as a Local Driver & Warehouse Operations team member in Baytown, TX, where you will play a key role in our logistics and distribution processes. Responsibilities:
- Operate company vehicles to deliver products to local customers safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods at the warehouse and customer locations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Manage inventory and assist with stock organization in the warehouse.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during deliveries.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in driving and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in transportation.
