McClellands Contracting & Roofing is hiring energetic Sales Assistants for our Morgantown, WV office. This position offers a flexible afternoon and evening schedule designed to work around college classes and other commitments while giving you the opportunity to develop skills that can lead to a high-income career.

As a Sales Assistant, you'll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce our free roofing and exterior inspections, and schedule appointments for our experienced sales team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners about their roofing and exterior needs
• Schedule free roof inspections and consultations
• Educate homeowners about storm damage and available restoration services
• Support experienced sales representatives by generating qualified appointments
• Track daily activity using simple reporting tools
• Represent McClellands Contracting & Roofing professionally in the community
• Develop communication, networking, and sales skills that will benefit you long after graduation

Flexible Schedule

• Four-hour shifts in the afternoon and/or evening
• Required four-hour shift every Saturday
• Flexible weekday scheduling

Compensation

• Earn $500 per week for your first six weeks of training
• After successful completion of training, transition to a 100% commission-based compensation plan
• Uncapped earning potential
• Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more based on effort and performance
