Grote Mitsubishi is seeking an experienced and motivated call Center Team Lead to help drive our customer experience and sales opportunities
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coaching, training, and motivating our call center team while ensuring customers receive exceptional service throughout their buying journey.

Compensation:$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives
- Monitor inbound and outbound call activity
- Coach team members on phone skills, appointment setting, and follow-up process
- Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with sales management to maximize showroom traffic and sales opportunities
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
Qualifications:
- Automotive dealership experience preferred, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to coach and develop others, CRM experience
