The combination of no-touch freight and established customer lanes helps drivers settle into a predictable work routine throughout the week.The Route: Drivers typically spend 5–7 days on the road before returning home each week. Dry van freight moves through established regional lanes with a combination of mostly drop-and-hook and no-touch loads, helping reduce delays while supporting consistent weekly miles. Additional compensation includes layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, $15 per stop after the first, and annual safety bonuses. Drivers also benefit from dependable freight availability that supports steady weekly earnings.Your Equipment: Drive International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 10-speed manual transmissions, 1,500-watt inverters, and Opti-idle systems that help maintain a comfortable cab throughout the trip while reducing unnecessary engine idling.
