Pre School Floater

The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive and nurturing environment for our children by working closely with Teachers and the Director. They will assist in daily activities and help implement educational programs. Effective communication, teamwork, and a commitment to quality education are essential qualities for this role. By observing and documenting children's progress, our Floaters provide valuable feedback to parents and staff, fostering strong relationships and promoting a sense of community.

We welcome flexible team members who are comfortable working with any classroom, age group, and staff member.

Our ideal candidate is willing to work during drop-off and pick-up times.

Flexibility is key in this role, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules as needed.

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds
• High energy
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills
• A strong understanding of child development
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification
• Must clear full background check
• Must pass health screening
