Job Summary
We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable -schedule must be met daily. Must be ok with dogs, client has a small chihuahua' in the home.
SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 8:00am-1:30/2pm. Urgently Hiring Call 469-799-4487 for same day interview.
This position is in the client home and is a total of 28.5 hours weekly.
DO NOT APPLY if looking for 8 hours daily or full time work.
Possible PRN (Saturday 8am-2pm) LOCATION: ****** Tierra Calle, Carrollton, Tx

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with transferring from wheelchair to bed, BATHING
• Light housekeeping activities - Assist with errands and shopping (using your vehicle)

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
• Take safety precautions -Use a back brace for lifting
• First aid and CPR-certified
• Ability to lift using a Gait Belt or without
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
• Reliable transportation, must meet daily schedule
• Reliable cell phone for clock in/out (HHA mobile app - Free App)
• Must like dogs ( client has 2 small chihuahua that are loose in the home)
