Account Associate

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an account associate for State Farm, Team Warring, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  
  

Compensation Structure:

• Base pay $48,000 - $68,000 based on experience and skill level
• Uncapped commission structure, earn as much as you work!
• All employees make at least $36,000 and our top earners make $85,000+ annually with commission and bonuses.
• Bonuses range from monthly to quarterly based upon results!
