Line and Grill Cook

Line and Grill Cook Duties:

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
Operate grill and other kitchen equipment effectively and safely.
Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures.

Line and Grill Cook Requirements:

Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role in the food industry.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
