We are currently looking to hire an energetic, passionate, and committed BCBA/LABA to join our team for full-time and part-time positions for home-based services. This position is in central Massachusetts and will require in-person meetings with families and staff with some telehealth options.
BCBA Duties and Responsibilities

BCBA Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, manage, and evaluate progress on individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain all documentation and authorizations in accordance with insurance regulations and insurance standards.
- Strict adherence to the Applied Behavioral Analysis dimensions and BACB Code of Ethics at all times.
- Supervise behavior technicians assigned to their caseload and ensure program fidelity.
- Supervise behavior technicians pursuing their education
- Supports training programs developed by training and quality assurance.
- Maximize authorized services with available resources.
- The BCBA is also responsible for building relationships with clients and their families throughout their interactions.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LABA)
- MA Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA)
