Join our dynamic team as a CDL Driver / Laborer Assistant, where your energy and enthusiasm will drive our landscaping and irrigation projects forward! In this role, you’ll be the backbone of efficient transportation and hands-on support in irrigation installation. Your proactive attitude will help ensure smooth operations, from delivering materials to assisting with technical tasks that keep outdoor spaces thriving. Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Safely operate a commercial CDL truck to transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites
• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems using hand and power tools
• Support drilling services and water well installations by assisting with and operating drilling equipment
• Set up and break down job sites, ensuring all tools and materials are properly organized
• Perform manual labor including assembling and disassembling equipment and lifting materials up to 100 lbs
• Assist technicians and drillers by delivering materials, tools, and on-site support as needed
• Help operate construction machinery, including excavators, under supervision for site preparation and drainage work
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on irrigation components, landscaping equipment, trucks, and drill rigs
• Maintain cleanliness of trucks, drill rigs, tools, and overall job site
• Assist with general landscape support tasks such as soil preparation and site readiness when needed
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards

Requirements:

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including summer heat
• Must be able to perform physically demanding manual labor
• Ability to lift 100lbs consistently
• Valid Driver’s License required
• CDL License with Manual Endorsement REQUIRED
