About the Role:

At Astra ABA, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, bilingual behavioral services that cater to the unique needs of each child. As a BCBA, you will work closely with our team of professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, developing behavioral interventions, and providing ongoing support to families. Your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will help us achieve our mission of empowering young learners to flourish.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop targeted interventions
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to children and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Salary negotiable based on experience $80 000 - $120 000 anually
