As a Household Water Treatment Sales Representative, you will help homeowners improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of their home's water. You'll meet with prospective customers, assess their water treatment needs, recommend customized solutions, and build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through referrals, appointments, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate customers' water quality concerns and treatment needs.
- Demonstrate the benefits and features of water filtration, purification, and softening systems.
- Recommend customized water treatment solutions based on customer needs and budget.
- Prepare and present pricing, financing options, and sales proposals.
- Close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate installations with service and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or in-home consultations preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
