Private Duty Caregiver (Live-Out) - White Plains, NY
Job Description
Weekday Day Shifts | $19- 25 /hour | ASAP Start
UniversaCare is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and clinically sound caregiver to support a private client in White Plains, NY. This is a long-term, live-out weekday position for a professional caregiver who is confident with personal care and medication management and enjoys providing attentive, respectful support.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 8 hours per day
- Start Date: ASAP
Compensation
- $19 - $25 / hour
- Private Pay case
- Consistent weekday schedule
Responsibilities
- Assistance with bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Medication management (experience required)
- Monitor overall health and well-being
- Support safe ambulation and fall prevention
- Light support with daily routines as needed
- Provide calm, attentive companionship
Requirements
- Experienced caregiver (HHA/CNA strongly preferred)
- Clinically sound with strong judgment and reliability
- Comfortable with medication management and chronic conditions
- Driver required
- English-speaking
- No gender preference
