SCHEDULE (~32 hrs/wk): full availability mornings and evenings.
You can take all or some of the hours to complete your schedule
WHAT'S NEEDED — full-assist personal care:
* High fall risk — gait belt for all transfers, uses walker/wheelchair
* Bed bath each morning; peri + Foley care twice daily
* Fully incontinent — change briefs promptly
* Choking risk — cut food small, special cutlery
* Encourage breathing/leg exercises
* Drives client to doctor in his vehicle (proof of insurance needed)
* Syncope: if he faints, let him rest. Cannot be left alone. Family handles meds + meals.
