Provide compassionate nursing care with dignity and respect for residents
Plan, coordinate, and ensure quality care services for residents
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to maintain standards of care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
Encourage restorative care to support resident independence and well-being
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff members
Support resident safety, comfort, and emotional well-being
Assist with treatments, medications, and nursing interventions within scope of practice
Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable and professional with reliable attendance
Passionate about providing excellent resident care and supporting fellow team members
