Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and close sales.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Arizona Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain with our support).
