Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Associate to support overnight manufacturing operations for aluminum-based products and components. This position involves operating and monitoring production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure efficient production throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
- Assist with the manufacturing of aluminum-based products and components
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment
- Work with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and quality control standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably with aluminum-based products
- Experience operating production equipment and machinery
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and product quality
Working Conditions
