Where you'll be working:

Location(s): Pawtucket, Providence, North Providence, East Providence, Cranston, Warwick, Lincoln, and Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Setting: Center-Based, Community, Home-Based, and School Settings

Population Served: 2-20 years old (average age between 3-9 years old)

Years in Operation: Founded in 2024


What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for children with ASD and developmental disabilities
  • Oversee and supervise the implementation of ABA programs across center, community, home, and school settings
  • Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support their professional development
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support each client's individualized goals
  • Work within a fully in-person, team-oriented environment with full administrative support in-house


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: 8-10 clients

Billable hour expectations: 24–25 hours per week (full time); 10-15 hours per week (part time)

Support Structure:

  • Full in-house administrative team handling non-clinical tasks
  • In-house clinical support and mentorship
  • Safety care, CPR, and two weeks of direct clinical and hands-on training


Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $80,000–$100,000

PTO: 14+ days

Supervision/mentorship provided: In-house clinical mentorship and support

Schedule flexibility / remote options: Fully in-person; hours of operation 8am–7pm; flexible scheduling within those hours
