Must-Have Requirements
BLS Certification – Required
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) – Required
Active, unrestricted Pharmacy license in any state (Arizona license preferred)
Hospital/clinical pharmacy experience – Required
Inpatient/ER pharmacist experience
ACLS & PALS certifications – PALS may be obtained on-site
Nice-to-Have
2+ years clinical pharmacy experience
Experience in acute care, ER, or high-acuity hospital settings
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective medication therapy in both outpatient and inpatient/ER settings
Verify, process, and dispense medication orders per regulatory and facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to hospital policies
Support clinical initiatives and medication safety programs
