At J. Allen Mazda, we’re looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in their craft, believes in doing repairs the right way, and wants to be part of a team that values quality work and professionalism.

We run an honest, efficient shop where technicians are respected, supported, and given the opportunity to succeed.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform advanced diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and dealership processes
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and leadership regarding vehicle needs and repair recommendations
• Document all work performed accurately and thoroughly
• Stay current on technical training, manufacturer updates, and repair procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support and mentor less experienced technicians when needed

• Experienced automotive technician with strong diagnostic abilities
• Proven ability to perform quality repairs efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• Valid driver’s license required
• Manufacturer certifications, inspection license, or ASE certifications are a plus
