Staffing Inc. is partnered with a great company in Norton Shores, MI, who is looking for a great Cabinet Assembler. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking candidate with a good eye for detail. Resolving problems and notifying the supervisor of deficiencies and issues regarding completion.

Cabinet Assembler Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the proper stacking, identifying and moving of all finished products to the proper location.
- Ensure all equipment is properly set up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
- Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required.
- Examine connections for correct fit
- Fasten parts and subassemblies according to design specification and approved procedures
- Verify specifications by measuring complete components
- Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications
- Continuous improvement, quality, and safety.
Cabinet Assembler Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of cabinet materials, production processes, machines, hardware and assembly tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts when needed.
- Quick paced, while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Good verbal and written communication
- Good computer skills
- Ability to accurately prepare documents, production sheets and other reports related to paperwork required by our procedures.
- Ability to apply principles of logical thinking of a wide range of practical problems.
- Work independently and make independent solutions.
- High-level of visual awareness
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 60 lbs.
- Pass background check/drug screen
- Great attendance and positive attitude
- Flexible and team player
- Work in a Hot environment
- Work Overtime, Weekends and/or Holidays
