Gethsemane Lutheran Children's Ministry is seeking a highly skilled and caring Toddler (Full Time) Teacher to join our team!

As a Toddler Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds and hearts of our little ones.

• Lead Teachers will take the lead in planning activities, guiding the classroom, and supporting overall development, inspiring learning through songs, stories, art, and everyday moments.
• Assistant Teachers will support the lead teacher and help bring creativity and joy to each day.

Preschool Teacher Qualifications

• CDA preferred and 3+ years of classroom experience
• A genuine love for young children and early childhood development
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
• Knowledge of TDPRS Minimum Standards and TRS guidelines
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
