\tClient Stores seeks a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist who thrives in creating welcoming and engaging experiences for employees and visitors. This role plays an important part in representing the Client brand through exceptional service, product knowledge, and day-to-day operations.
\tAs a Retail Sales Specialist, you will help ensure every customer interaction reflects the pride and professionalism of the Client community. By understanding the customers' needs and offering helpful product guidance, you will help create a positive in-store experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

\tJob Description:
\tAccountable for all daily cash control procedures and point-of-sale transactions.
\tReceives and processes incoming and outbound merchandise shipments.
\tMaintains stock balances and monitor inventory levels.
\tFacilitate special customer orders and merchandise transfers.
\tProcesses Mark Out of Stocks (MOS) and Return to Vendor (RTV) merchandise.
\tComplete inventory documentation and coordinate inter-store transfers.
\tPrepare for and support annual store inventory counts.
\tExecute floor sets and maintain merchandising standards.
\tMaintain an organized stockroom and ensure merchandise is properly stored.
\tCoordinate store maintenance needs and communicate facility issues when necessary.
\tRetail Sales Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:
\tOpen and close the store following established procedures.
\tDeliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
\tSupport the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
\tProcess purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
\tHandle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
\tRespond to customer and stakeholder inquiries via email or other communication channels.
\tProcesses freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns.
\tMaintains organized stockroom and support store inventory preparation.
\tPrepare and process merchandise orders for customers.
\tIdentify and report on safety and housekeeping issues.
\tRestock the store when necessary.
\tRoutinely cleans store.
\tReports all customer complaints to Store Manager.
\tFollows all company policies and procedures.
\tRetail Sales Specialist Requirements and Skills:
\t2+ years of retail sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.
\tStrong verbal and written communication skills.
\tExcellent attention to detail and organization skills.
\tAbility to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
\tPositive and professional attitude with commitment to providing excellent customer service.
\tAbility to maintain a professional appearance.
\tStrong working knowledge of common business applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
\tAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment.
\tQuick learner with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
