Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Location: Denver Metro Area, Colorado
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 annually *5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Summary

Connectify Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Denver, CO. We are a growing Colorado-based ABA provider dedicated to delivering individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based services to children and families throughout the Denver metro area. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs

  • Monitor client progress and update programming as needed

  • Conduct parent/caregiver training

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

  • Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Reliable transportation for occasional community and client visits
