Location: Denver Metro Area, Colorado
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 annually *5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Job Summary
Connectify Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Denver, CO. We are a growing Colorado-based ABA provider dedicated to delivering individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based services to children and families throughout the Denver metro area. Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
Monitor client progress and update programming as needed
Conduct parent/caregiver training
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Ensure services are delivered ethically and in accordance with BACB standards
Requirements
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Reliable transportation for occasional community and client visits
