Provide logistical support to technicians and communicating with both fellow employees and customers, informing customers of the progress of service operations while ensuring that technicians operate in a cost-effective fashion. The dispatcher must be able to match each available technician to a job based on that technician's skill level and location.Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pmRequired Qualifications:2+ years experience in customer servicePrior dispatching, project management, schedule coordinating experience preferredExperience in HVAC or similar trade preferredStrong computer skillsExperience in reviewing documents for accuracyAbility to manage a multiple line phone system.Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skillsAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to see what needs to be done, take charge, and do it!Service Titan experience preferredCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
