Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs equity reconciliation and prepares billing statements for past cooperators and maintains record of files processed.
  • Prepares payment vouchers for equity refunds or letters for balance of equity due to the corporation for debt collection agency
  • Set up new co-operator accounts in YARDI
  • Processes tenant move ins and outs in YARDI
  • Responds to cooperators’ inquiries as it relates to their billing statements
  • Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voicemail systems and personal computers
  • Processes income affidavits for cooperators annually
  • Provides general administrative support (i.e. mailing checks to cooperators, answering phones and assisting with collection of carrying charges)
  • Interacts with other departments.
  • Performs any other tasks as assigned

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or relevant working experience
  • Associate Degree, a plus
  • Bilingual, a plus

Work Experience and Minimum Requirements:

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of related work experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of YARDI a plus
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Testing:

  • Drug screening to the extent permitted by applicable law

Physical Requirements:

Persons performing service in this position classification may routinely exert up to 25 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. This type of work will involve regular walking or standing for extended periods of time. It may involve stooping or bending. Handling and working with various materials and objects are important aspects of this job.

This is a full-time, on-site position. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, flexibility in scheduling may be required based on business needs.
