PURPOSE OF POSITION

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities by initiating contact with prospects, generating leads and sales, advancing client relationships, and coordinating outbound sales activities.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

More specifically, the person will:


  • Initiate contact with the prospects and incoming leads.
  • Generate interest in solutions through calling prospective buyers.
  • Qualify all incoming leads to see if they are a prospective buyer.
  • Persuading prospects to set meeting with RSM (Regional Sales Managers) team.
  • Set phone and field meetings for RSM team to help close more deals.
  • Track and document the sales process within CRM system.
  • Work with Marketing to develop proper contact campaigns and strategies.
  • Focus on lead generation and supporting RSM team to close deals.
  • Learn Cemen Tech IMPACT sales process.
  • Help Sales team with Dealer management and training.
  • Assist in any Administrative tasks.
  • Prospecting / finding leads for RSM’s in the regions they support. Manages outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Investigate, Meet, and Convince stages in the Sales process.
  • Working to connect with prospects via Marketing, Map my Customers, Hubspot prospecting tools, and internet searches.
  • Qualifies all MQL opportunities.
  • Coordinate demonstrations and meetings for RSM’s to assist in manages RSM’s schedule.
  • Manage all CRM activities and assist in generating quotations for prospects.
  • Follows up on quotes after they have been given to the prospect. Works through the key steps in the Convince stage. Sends specific content focused on reinforcing the prospect’s desire to buy.
  • Monitor / manage all Deal activity (Direct & Dealer)


After-sale Support

  • Coordinate internal communication from customers to Customer Service department
  • Removes in-going support issue from RSM’s. Manages all communication from beginning to resolution with Sales, Service and Engineering teams. All issues are tracked in Hubspot.
  • Completes 30, 60, 90-day check ins with all customers who have purchased equipment this FY.

EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – COMPUTER SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2 - 4 years of professional experience.
  • Candidate must be well spoken and comfortable on the phone. Experience calling prospects is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
