• Build relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses.
• Educate clients on insurance solutions including auto, home, life, renters, and business coverage.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have the right protection for their needs.

• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one with district support.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, networking, and generating new business opportunities.
