Registered Pharmacy Technician

South Plains Rural Health Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Pharmacy Technician to join our Levelland team. The ideal candidate will support pharmacy operations, assist patients with professionalism, and contribute to a positive clinic environment.All employment offers are contingent upon a drug screen, background check, and proof of current seasonal influenza vaccination.What You'll Do:Prepare, label, and organize medications according to established procedures and under direct pharmacist supervision.Maintain accurate quality control, inventory, and pharmacy records.Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly pharmacy environment.Provide excellent communication and customer service to patients, providers, and staff.Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, computer systems, dosage calculations, and medication brand/generic names.Assist the pharmacist in compliance with all local, state, federal, and organizational regulations.What You'll Bring:Registered Pharmacy Technician (Required)Strong knowledge of pharmacy record-keeping requirementsBilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not requiredBenefits:Employer-paid medical insurance403(b) retirement plan with company matchCompany-paid life insurancePaid holidays, sick leave, and vacationOptional dental, vision, and other ancillary benefitsEmployee discount programAs part of South Plains Rural Health Services, Inc.'s commitment to patient and staff safety, all employees are required to comply with the annual influenza vaccination policy.
