Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor, providing a welcoming and consultative sales experience
• Guide customers through product selections, including sofas, bedroom sets, dining furniture, and home accessories
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, features, pricing, and promotions
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and post-sale satisfaction
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; furniture or home décor experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS and inventory systems
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or GED required
