What You’ll Be Doing

As a Server at Doghouse Murder Mystery, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating customers with a welcoming attitude.
• Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system.
• Making thoughtful menu item recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Communicating any food allergies or special nutrition needs to the kitchen staff.
• Ensuring all orders are filled quickly, accurately, and with high-quality food.
• Providing attentive service, such as refilling drinks and checking on guests during their meals.
• Addressing any customer service issues promptly and escalating to management when necessary.
• Performing light cleaning duties, including maintaining the service station, kitchen, and dining area.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to the needs of the team.
