The Clinical Supervisor for Transition to Independent Living Services (TIL) works alongside the Director to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services. This role oversees service delivery, provides individual and group supervision, supports staff development through coaching and training, ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and promotes positive client outcomes. The Clinical Supervisor will also provide direct clinical services to young adults in the division.


The Clinical Supervisor will participate in interviewing and evaluating potential candidates as well as making employment decisions for the division. The Clinical Supervisor will work within LUK’s Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to keep accurate and clinically informed records for youth within placement. This position will be part of LUK’s Extended Leadership Team and will participate in LUK’s On Call Services.


Qualifications include: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field and minimum of 3–5 years of post-Master’s clinical experience.

Purpose:


The Clinical Supervisor of TIL Services will provide clinical oversight and act as Leadership for the division. The Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision/consultation to case management staff within the division, and will incorporate skills, strategies, and supports to young adults that will assist in their transition to adulthood and independent living.


Responsibilities Include

  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and mentoring to division staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of services.
  • Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with organizational, state, and federal requirements.
  • Conduct regular case consultations and case reviews.
  • Assist with staff orientation, training, and professional development.
  • Support performance evaluations and corrective action plans when needed.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional best practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate client care.
  • Assist with crisis intervention and provide clinical guidance during high-risk situations.
  • Monitor program outcomes and identify opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Participate in program development, policy implementation, and accreditation activities.
  • Maintain knowledge of current evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Available for the TIL supervisor on-call rotation during all other hours.
  • Recommend, participate in, and monitor Agency quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide individual clinical services to TIL clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience of post-Master’s work in the field
  • Clinical assessment and treatment planning
  • Bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged to apply

Job Location:

The Clinical Supervisor will be split between the Young Adult Resource Centers in Fitchburg and Worcester, requiring travel to both. This position is 100% in person.

Salary Range and Benefits:

Non-licensed or license eligible – Pay Grade: 7A. Salary Range: $75,500 – $84,000.

Salary ranges within each pay grade are based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
