Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others?
We are seeking a committed Fiscal Assistant-Financial Management to ensure the delivery of high‑quality support services and maintain full compliance with licensing standards and agency requirements. This position requires strong integrity and understanding of financial processing. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, professionalism, and a dedication to supporting excellence in care.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Days/Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Total: FT 40hrs./wk.


What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain benefit information and co-mingled accounts for individuals
  • Great attention to detail and high level of professionalism
  • Complete deposits
  • Verify paperwork completed in its entirety
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding information


Qualifications:

  • 18 years or older
  • Provide and maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy
  • Checkbook reconciliation experience
  • Computer experience
  • Strong communication skills
