About this position:The Customer Associate Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring of Customer Associates. About this job: Build and maintain strong working intra-departmental relationships to include external entities, regulatory bodies etc.Supervise direct reports to facilitate the customer experience within in all channelsOversee and address performance and service quality related to customer service, construction and central processing functionsMonitor customer interactions through a variety of channelsCommunicate with various levels of management and departments across company to ensure the administrative needs of the divisions are being metConduct salary administrationMonitor and approve procurement card expenditures for accuracy and completenessProvide training, coaching and mentoring to direct reportsMaintain and deliver performance results to direct reportsAbility to conduct training through a variety of applications and present in front of groupsAbility to develop, document, and train new and existing processes related to the Customer Associate position Monitor and approve time tickets for accuracyParticipate in talent selection and hiring processesParticipate on department/company committees and eventsFacilitate Change ManagementAct as an escalation point to resolve issuesExplain rate changes, adjustments, and bill calculations to customers in a manner that ensures understandingThe ability to maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position, consistent with applicable laws and reasonable accommodation requirementsAll NorthWestern Energy employees are required to adhere to the Code of Business Conduct & EthicsEnsure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectivesComply with NorthWestern Energy's internal controls, policies, practices, procedures and standardsAm I right for this job?
