Our client is located in the Germantown, TN area has an immediate Temp-to-Hire opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst who will be an integral part of the finance team. This is a key position responsible for processing invoices to the customer and supporting related reporting and review. The successful Accounts Receivable Analyst will be team oriented and have outstanding attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Process and submit invoices to customers
- Review customer purchase orders to validate invoice accuracy
- Perform freight verifications to support invoicing
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Maintain credit memo documentation and records
- Conduct weekly and monthly backlog reconciliations
- Support month-end close reporting and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with company policy and standard work procedures
- Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience with at least 3 years prior relevant experience
- Experience with complex invoicing & accounts receivable required
- Outstanding attention to detail with strong communication skills
- Expertise with MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (Oracle, IFS, JEE, SAP, etc.)
