What We're Looking ForExperience: 1-2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office.Knowledge: Familiarity with complex cases like implants, bone grafts, bridges, and crowns.Insurance Verification: must have verification experience and be comfortable explaining to patients.Communication: Ability to explain treatment details confidently and compassionately.Organization: Skilled at managing busy schedules and keeping everything on track.Tech Savvy: Knowledge of dental office software is a plus.
